At Sergey the thought gradually grew ripe to write the book in which the life of the Oryol football in its historical development would be reflected. But for this purpose it was necessary to Starodubtsev to expand an information field: it has fastened close friendship with футболофилами from other cities and has begun laborious work in the state archive of the Oryol area in which extracted the facts on history of the Oryol football of first half of XX-th century.
The material collected by Starodubtsev it has appeared so many that it did not hold in any way in one book conceived in the beginning. It was necessary to break it chronologically and to prepare for the press on the big periods. All was ready to the beginning of 2004, that the first book has left in the press. It is necessary to find means for circulation. After long and difficult searches of the sponsor have advised to Starodubtsev to address to businessman Michael Bernikovu known in the Eagle to the admirer of football, and the most football player in the past with the 25-year-old experience (to the candidate for the master of sports).
Michael Juryevich has rendered to the author of the book the effective help the appearance in 2006 in the Publishing house «Оrlik» of the book «The Oryol football in the twentieth century became which result. A part the first: 1911-1959». The book in volume more than 300 pages, with a considerable quantity of the photos, 500 copy published in the circulation, has found at once the reader and quickly became a curiosity.
Starodubtsev was very happy both the spent work, and result. It would be possible to prepare the second book for the press, but...

Here now it is necessary to tell about the sad. Sergey since childhood had a hereditary predisposition to that sight can worsen, doctors always limited to it physical activities. Except true wife Marina (in 2011 of the spouse have noted silver wedding), children - Sveta and Sergey, brother Alexander who has supported Starodubtsev in difficult minute, there were also other real friends. From them «the Alphabet of the Oryol football» in which before the reader all football players playing on Орловщине in alphabetic order will appear, and pupils of the Oryol football, areas supporting by limits becomes main.
To despair, of any case, Sergey Starodubtsev who has appeared as the fates decree in full darkness does not gather: after all it is necessary to make still so much! How many the conceived books...
